400 MASKS DISTRIBUTED ON THE OCCASION OF TEACHER’S DAY

“Proper teaching is recognized with ease. You can know it without fail because it awakens within you that sensation which tells you this is something you have always known”, this famous quotation highlights the role teachers play in our life. Teaching is a profession that acts as a foundation for other professions to scale new heights upon. Recognizing these important pillars of our society, every year on 5th September we celebrate Teachers Day to cherish and appreciate the role teacher’s play in shaping our society.

Celebrating while ensuring safety at the time of this global pandemic was the norm set forth by Anti Corona Task Force( Pandemic Force), as under the leadership of Mr.Krishna Kumar Jha, National Conveyor and Founder, Mr.Jatendra Choudhary, National President and Mr.Lal Singh Provincial In-charge, Anti Corona Task Force( Pandemic Force) reached Ghantaghar Chowk, Fazilka, Punjab and distributed 400 masks to various citizens in the society in order to highlight the importance of safety of themselves as well as of others. On this occasion Mr.Rakesh Nagpal, Editor of Dainik Sarhad Kesari and Mr.Krishna Kumar, Officer of Thane city were inducted as the chief guests.

The program began with Mr.Vijay Kumar Monga, District Head of Fazilka Anti Corona Task Force( Pandemic Force), lighting a lamp and bowing towards the statue of Dr.Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, honoring the legend on his birth anniversary.

While greeting the chief guests, Mr.Vijay Kumar Monga talked about the current situation we all are living in and also highlighted that the distribution of the masks is an initiative in order to make people aware about various safety measures through which we can overcome this pandemic. Mr.Krishna Kumar highlighted that oneness of mankind; a virtue our society possesses will be a key aspect in the battle against the pandemic.

The mask distribution ceremony commenced from Shivalik Senior Public School to Shastri Chowk, Sanjeev Cinema and ended at the historic Clock Tower (Ghantaghar). While celebrating the day the norms of social distancing was maintained.

Awareness is the first step for us in order to fight against this pandemic. Helping the victims and stabilizing the conditions are the latter stages which will ensure that we will overcome this huddle. Anti Corona Task Force( Pandemic Force) is doing its best to help the society and we request the citizens to gather their spirits as glory days await!!
